SeaProc suppliers now work in a new portal, built for speed, with the same RFQs, orders and invoices they know.
Quoting like a spreadsheet. Paste prices straight from Excel, fill down, undo and redo, and search the lines. Before you submit, the editor shows what is still missing, and a draft can be saved to finish later. Excel export and import and PDF quotes are still available.
One inbox. Messages from buyers across RFQs, orders and invoices arrive in one place, with an unread count.
Search and reports. Find any RFQ, order or invoice from one search box, and follow your activity, top parts and documents in the reports.
Insights. See your buyer mix, how fast you quote, a year of RFQs and orders day by day, and your top vessels by order value.
Price lists. Price lists fill in prices on incoming RFQs, and can quote automatically when every line matches.
Online payment. The subscription can be paid by card or bank transfer from the portal.
Existing users sign in with their usual SeaProc user ID and password. New suppliers can register here.
